Retail and office complex, located in the industrial area of Holon, which comprises of 5 levels, constructed using conventional method.
The total building area covers 14,200 sq.m, of which 5,000 sq.m are allocated for retail and 5,000 sq.m are office space. The project includes approximately 300 parking spaces on the ground and underground floors.
