1962 - The establishment of Cebus Rimon plant on the basis of knowledge accumulated by the French company Cebus - one of the world's leaders in the field of industrial construction. Commencement of work on the first neighborhood built according to the principles of industrial construction near Rimon (Kiryat Ono)

1984 - The Danya Cebus Construction is acquired by Africa Israel

1999 - Establishment of the Infrastructure Division and commencement of construction works on Trans-Israel Highway

2000 - Company's shares are issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
