The project is located in Nes Ziona and includes a two-level underground parking with total area of 16,000 sq.m and two 6 story buildings with a total area of 15,000 sq.m constructed with the use of prefabricated elements.
The scope of the project included earthworks and revetments, foundation works, stone and aluminum cladding, finishing works in the public areas, plumbing systems, electro mechanical and HVAC systems, fire protection system, 6 elevators and landscaping.
