The project is located in Rehovot. This project consists of two residential towers with 15 floors (ground floor + basement + 13 residential floors). The project was built using the Baranovich method and includes 102 residential units (50 apartments in the 1st building, and 52 apartments in the 2nd building) with a total area of 19,520 sq. m.
