The project is located in the Florentin neighborhood in Tel Aviv and includes six 9-story buildings, which were constructed using the conventional method.
2000 sq.m of commercial spaces + 2 entrance buildings, a two-level car park of 13,650 sq. m, 9-level automatic parking facility (Denya Group performed only the skeletal works). A total of 248 residential units were built. The total project area covers 46,865 sq.m.
