SLOMIN

Denya Poland has acquired a 48,000,000 m2 of a housing estate located in Słomin (Magdalenka), on the outskirts of Warsaw, in the Piaseczno area (south of Warsaw about 25-30 minutes drive from Warsaw city center).

Following the plot purchasing, Denya Poland designed a project containing of 148 semi-detached and terraced houses and several small service premises are to be built, nfrastructures, roads and landscape.

A valid building permit was obtained and the construction works started on May 5th 2023,

the semi-detached and terraced houses presale will started on May 22nd 2023.
